Desulfobacterales
The Desulfobacterales are an order of sulfate-reducing bacteria, included among the Deltaproteobacteria. There are three families. They are sulfate-reducing bacteria, reducing sulfates to sulfides to obtain energy. They are strict anaerobes.[1]
