Deepak Rauniyar

Deepak Rauniyar (Born in 29 August 1978) is a Nepalese director, writer and producer.[1][2][3][4][5] He is one of the few internationally acclaimed cinema directors from Nepal. He debuted as a director with Highway, the first Nepali movie to be screened at a major international festival.[6] He was named in The New York Times in 2017 as one of "The 9 New Directors You Need to Watch" for his second feature White Sun.[7]
