DDT Extreme Division Championship

The DDT Extreme Division Championship (DDT EXTREME級王座, DDT EXTREME-kyū ōza) is a singles title in the Japanese professional wrestling promotion DDT Pro-Wrestling. The title was established in 2006. The title is defended exclusively in hardcore matches, with the defending champion being given the right to choose the match stipulation. The title has also been defended at events held by Union Pro Wrestling, one of DDT's former sub-brands. The current title holder is Harashima, who is in his fifth reign as champion.
