Cyphocottus is a genus of deepwater sculpins endemic to Lake Baikal in Russia.

Species
There are currently two recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Cyphocottus eurystomus (Taliev, 1955)
- Cyphocottus megalops (Gratzianov, 1902)
