History
The company was founded in 1981.[1]
In 2002, the company announced plans to build a waste oils-to-diesel plant on a 17-acre site in Chambers County, Texas on Texas State Highway 146 north of Interstate 10 in Texas, at the former Placid Oil refinery.[2]
In 2010, the company was recognized by Alberta Venture Magazine as one of Alberta’s top 25 fastest growing companies over $20 million.[1]
