Custos Rotulorum of County Wicklow
The Custos Rotulorum of County Wicklow was the highest civil officer in County Wicklow, Ireland. The position was later combined with that of Lord Lieutenant of Wicklow.

gollark: If you just have a stream, you often have to handle stuff like figuring out exactly where each bit of it starts and ends, which is annoying when there's an underlying packetized protocol anyway.
