"Concrete Jungle" is the first single from Black Label Society's 2006 album, Shot To Hell and also opens the album. It reached number 29 on Mainstream Rock radio as compiled by Billboard magazine.

The song is based upon guitarist Zakk Wylde's opinion of New York City as he has explained in a video guitar lesson with Guitar World Magazine. In the same interview Wylde also explained that one of the other influences on the structure of the song was guitarist Jimmy Page because of the mixed guitar styles.
Video
It had an animated music video, which is a regular feature on MTV2's Headbanger's Ball. The video showed Zakk Wylde being driven around what appears to be New York City. The video does include the other band members of Black Label Society, but mainly revolves around frontman Wylde.
