Career
Born in North Shields, Cook played for North Shields, Percy Main Amateurs, South Shields,[1] Bradford City and Crook Town.[2] For Bradford City he made 1 appearance in the Football League for them.[3]
The Shields Daily News reported that the directors of South Shields were satisfied that they had made a valuable 'capture' in Colin Cook, the young amateur centre forward from Percy Main and they have now secured him on a league amateur form.[4]
