Walker was born Cleo Franklin Walker on February 7th 1948 in Columbus, Georgia.[1] Cleo Walker writes this note to me about himself. Career

Walker was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round of the 1970 NFL Draft and played that season with the team. The following season, he played with the Atlanta Falcons.

He played at the collegiate level at the University of Louisville.[2]
