The centre was donated to the club in 2006 by businessman Rafael Gómez Sánchez who is native to Córdoba.

Occupying an area of about 90,000 m², the training centre was opened by the club in 2014.

  • The Central Stadium of the Cuidad Deportiva with a capacity of 3,000 seats, is the home stadium of Córdoba CF B, the reserve team of Córdoba CF.
