Chub Cay is a small island located 150 miles (240 km) southeast of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in the Berry Islands chain of the Bahamas. It has a population of 46. (2010 census)[1]

The main activity and source of income for the residents of Chub Cay are support of activities at the Chub Cay Resort & Marina and sport fishing in the waters nearby the island. Over the past several years the resort has changed management & ownership and is now a vibrant hub for the sport fishing in the region.
