Chrysomyinae

The Chrysomyinae are a subfamily of Calliphoridae, or blow flies. According to Whitworth,[1] the distinguishing characteristic of this subfamily is a setose stem vein.[1]:709 This subfamily includes the genera Chloroprocta, Cochliomyia, Chrysomya, Campsomyiops, Phormia, Protocalliphora, Protophormia, and Trypocalliphora.
