Christophe Lavainne
Christophe Lavainne (born 22 December 1963 in Châteaudun, Eure-et-Loir) is a French former professional bicycle racer. Lavaine was a two time French national cyclo-cross champion, and won a stage in the 1987 Tour de France.

gollark: They might actually have less, since the government is bound by laws to provide loans or whatever subject to some fixed constraints, and people will probably complain if the government says "no, we're not paying for this thing".
