Christina Clemons

Christina Clemons (née Manning; born May 29, 1990) is an American track and field athlete, who specializes in the 100 m hurdles from Landover, Maryland.[1]

College

Manning was a multiple-time NCAA champion and multiple-time Big Ten Conference track athlete of the year for the Ohio State Buckeyes.[2] She was the 2012 Big Ten Athlete of the Year. 2012 Ohio State Female Athlete of the Year, and induced into the Ohio State University Hall of Fame.[3]

International

She won the 60m hurdles at the 2017 Birmingham Indoor Grand Prix.[4]

At the 2017 World Championships in Athletics Manning won her heat and her semifinal to reach the finals.[5][6] In the final, she finished fifth, one one-thousandth of a second behind world record holder Kendra Harrison.[7]
