Chris Cook (energy market strategist)
Chris Cook is a senior research fellow at the Institute for Security and Resilience Studies at University College London. Cook was director at the International Petroleum Exchange IPE.[1] IPE is known for trading Brent Crude until 2005.
Biography
Cook was born in London, United Kingdom.[2]
Early in his career Cook worked as fraud investigator for the UK Department of Trade and Industry.[2]

Views
Cook recommends the introduction of commodity backed currency.[2] He has attributed the chaotic nature of the gas market to it being relatively new and finding its feet.[1]
