Production

Initially aired during afternoons from Monday to Saturday, on March 2020, it was shifted to a night slot.[7]

Rahul Ravi played the lead role of Vikram in the Malayalam version of the series.[8] However, he also joined the lead for this Tamil version as Vikram and he worked for both the series.[9] However, due to work schedule conflict, he was replaced by Bipin Jose in the Malayalam series.[10][11]

Speaking about remaking the Malayalam series in Tamil, director Suresh Krissna said, "It's a sweet love story. I found the storyline very unique. When we think of TV serials, we immediately think of hardcore family dramas, but this one is a beautiful romantic story, though there is drama involving the families of the protagonists."[12]
