China National Anti-Demolition Home Alliance
China National Anti-Demolition Home Alliance (Chinese: 中華全國反强遷大同盟) was established in New York City in May 2008 by Convenor of the Alliance Wen Weiquan (閔偉權) with "to look into the eviction situation in China".[1] Members include those based in China, including Shanghai and Beijing, as well as overseas Chinese, the organization plans to invite observers from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

The Alliance is preparing a lawsuit, and intend to institute legal proceedings at United Nations Special Court and the International Criminal Court.[2]
