Chelia

Chelia is a town and commune in Khenchela Province, Algeria. According to the 1998 census it had a population of 4,851.[1]

The Barbary lion was present in the cedar forests and mountains near Chelia until about 1884.[2]

gollark: They get them on monthly plans, I generally (have my parents) buy phones, then have to replace them every 1.5-2 years when they randomly fail in some way, probably because I horribly mistreat them?
