Chang Yi (movie director)

Chang Yi (張毅, 1951 -[2])is a Taiwanese film director. He is listed in the New Taiwan Cinema directors. He is the best director of Golden Horse Award for Best Director and Asia Pacific Film Festival because of 1985 firm Kuei-Mei, a Woman (我這樣過了一生)[1][3]. He had an extramarital affair with Loretta Yang(楊惠姍), the leading actress in many of Chang movies. After the affair exposed, Chang Yi and Loretta Yang left Taiwan film industry. and became the founders of contemporary glass studio Liuli Gongfang (琉璃工房)[4]
