Chamcook Mountain

Chamcook Mountain is located 4.6 miles (7.4 km) from St. Andrews, Charlotte County, New Brunswick, Canada.[1] Ice has completely ground over it and the summit, 637 feet (194 m) above sea level, is scored and polished.[2]

Etymology

Chamcook is derived from the Passamaquoddy word of K'tchumcook which, according to William Francis Ganong, has many meanings but none are certain.[3]

gollark: Stop being so deterministic, you triskaidecagon.
gollark: UNLEGAL.
gollark: ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
gollark: (1 and 0 are the only actual numbers, all others are not real maths)
gollark: Do mathematicians just not like saying actual *numbers* like 1 and 0, then?
