Central Operations

It was commanded by Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley, formerly Chief Constable of Surrey Police.[1] In 2012 Central Operations (CO) merged with the Specialist Crime Directorate (SCD) to form Specialist Crime & Operations (SC&O)[2]
