Cascade Charley
Cascade Charley is an outdoor 1991 fountain and sculpture by Alice Wingwall, installed in Cascade Courtyard, on the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon, United States. It is made of concrete, tile, and red marble.[1]
