Carry Me Home (Third Day EP)
Carry Me Home is an EP released by Christian rock band Third Day in 2002. The album was recorded during the Come Together tour to benefit the Habitat for Humanity organization. It includes three previously unreleased tracks plus two live versions of previous hits.
