Carlos Delgado Altieri
Carlos Delgado Altieri (born January 9, 1960) is a Puerto Rican politician and the current mayor of Isabela since 2001. Delgado is affiliated with the Popular Democratic Party (PPD).[1] He obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Puerto Rico. In 2018, he announced his candidacy to run for Governor of Puerto Rico by the Popular Democratic Party in the 2020 election.
