Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions
Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions is an upcoming association football sports video game developed by Tamsoft and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. It is the first game based on the Captain Tsubasa franchise released specifically for gaming platforms since 2010's Nintendo DS title Captain Tsubasa: Gekito no Kiseki released in Europe under the name Captain Tsubasa New Kick Off. It is scheduled for release worldwide on August 28, 2020.[1][2][3][4][5]

Development
On January 21, 2020, the game was announced with an announcement trailer.[6] In an interview with, Tsuzuki Katsuaki, video game producer, he stated the game is a mix of arcade football/soccer game.[7]
It will feature Japanese voice-overs and English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Arabic, Traditional Chinese, and Brazilian Portuguese subtitles.
