Canagarayam Suriyakumaran

Canagarayam Suriyakumaran is a Sri Lankan Environmentalist and professor. He is a notable economist, a former United Nations civil servant, a specialist in Local Government and Devolution and an Internationalist in Sri Lanka.[2]
