Biography
Clemens was born on July 7, 1909 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.[1]
Career
Clemens played with the Green Bay Packers during the 1936 NFL season. As such, he was a member of the 1936 NFL Champion Packers.
He played at the collegiate level at the University of Southern California.[2]
