Cage is the cover studio album by Japanese singer Akina Nakamori. It was released on 8 November, 2017 under the Universal Music Group Japan label. It's Nakamori's tenth cover album.[1]

Background

The album was released as a part of the 35th debut anniversary celebration and on the same day as an original album "Akina".[2][3][4]

The album was released in the limited and regular edition. The limited edition includes 10 minutes footage for 35th debut anniversary celebration.[5]

After the release, Nakamori's music release activities has been suspended without announcement.

Chart performance

The album Akina debuted at number 8 on the Oricon Album Weekly Chart and charted for 6 weeks.[6] On the Billboard Japanese charts, the album debuted at number 7 on Album Weekly Charts.[7]
