On August 3, 2006, TVNewser reported that Kagan would be leaving the network as of September 1, 2006.[1]
CNN Newsroom replaced both Live Today and Live From.... starting on September 4, 2006.[2] The morning edition of CNN Newsroom, which replaced CNN Live Today, was co-anchored by Heidi Collins and Tony Harris.
