César Lerner frequently collaborates and performs with Marcelo Moguilevsky. Based in Buenos Aires the Lerner Moguilevsky Dúo plays jazz- and tango-influenced klezmer.[2] The duo accompanied Pope Francis on his visit to Israel in 2014.[3]
