Bulbophyllum filiforme

Bulbophyllum filiforme is a species of epiphytic plant in the family Orchidaceae, found in Cameroon and Nigeria, where its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry, lowland evergreen forests.[1] It was botanically described in 1895,[2] and is currently threatened by habitat loss due to the clearing of forests for the establishment of plantations and other agricultural ventures.[1] B. filiforme is the basionym for Vermeulen's treatment of it as Bulbophyllum resupinatum var. filiforme (Kraenzl.) J.J.Verm.[3][4]

gollark: I like SQLite.
gollark: What would be neat is if we used SQLite databases instead of stupid stuff like `.docx`'s weird zipped XML thing.
gollark: So it's a poorly optimised file format?
gollark: All documents should just be HTML always all the time.
gollark: Or writing SVGs by hand.
