Bulat (Russian: Булат) is a rural locality (a village) in Bishkurayevsky Selsoviet, Tuymazinsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 266 as of 2010.[2] There are 2 streets.

gollark: In any case, I am not a linguist, but I think it's technically possible to produce an AST from English, or something like that, but really impractical.
