Bucculatrix carolinae

Bucculatrix carolinae is a moth in the family Bucculatricidae and was first described by Annette Frances Braun in 1963. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from South Carolina.

The wingspan is about 8.4 mm. The forewings are brownish ocherous, darkened along the costa from the base to three-fifths in a gradually widening area. The hindwings are dark grey.[2]
