"Breakdance" is a song written by Giorgio Moroder, Irene Cara, and Bunny Hull and performed by Cara. It reached #8 on the Billboard pop chart, #13 on the US dance chart, #23 on the US R&B chart, #4 in South Africa[1] and #88 on the UK Singles Chart in 1984.[2] The song was featured on her 1983 album, What a Feelin'.[3]
