Career
Rich is a graduate of the University of Georgia and received her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University.[1]
In the House, Rich serves as a member of the Judiciary Committee, Retirement Committee, Ways & Means Committee, and the Special Committee on Access to the Civil Justice System. She serves as the Chairman of the Legislative & Congressional Reapportionment Committee.
