Bolshoy Keltey (Russian: Большой Кельтей) is a rural locality (a village) and the administrative center of Kelteyevsky Selsoviet, Kaltasinsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 759 as of 2010.[2] There are 18 streets.
