Blade Runner: Black Lotus
Blade Runner: Black Lotus is an upcoming 2021 Japanese anime television series based on the Blade Runner franchise that is a result of a joint co-production between Crunchyroll and Adult Swim, and created in partnership with Alcon Television Group.[1]

Plot
Black Lotus will take place in 2032, in the aftermath of the Blackout, and will be centered on a female replicant protagonist.[2] It will also include "familiar" characters from the Blade Runner universe.[3]
Anime
The anime was announced on November 29, 2018[1][4] and will air in 2021. The series will be produced by Sola Digital Arts with Shinji Aramaki and Kenji Kamiyama signed on to direct all episodes. Shinichirō Watanabe – director of Blade Runner Black Out 2022 – will be serving as a creative producer.[5] It will air English dubbed on Adult Swim on its Toonami programming block and streamed by Crunchyroll.[1]
