Billy Neil (footballer, born 1944)

William Waugh Neil (born 10 November 1944) is a retired Scottish professional football left winger who made over 180 appearances in the Football League for Millwall.[1] As of 2013, he had been on the club's staff for 49 years, firstly as a youth coach and then in the commercial department.[2] He is a member of the Millwall Hall of Fame.[3]
