Bill Fulcher
William Marcus Fulcher (born February 9, 1934) is a former American football player and coach. He played college football at the Georgia Institute of Technology and then for the Washington Redskins in the National Football League. Fulcher served as head football coach at the University of Tampa in 1971 and at his mater, Georgia Tech, in 1972 and 1973, compiling a career college football record of 18–15–1.
