Bharath Parepalli

Bharath Parepalli is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works primarily in the Telugu cinema. He is also an actor and musician. With the films like Tapassu and Boyfriend he created the trend for youth oriented Telugu movies in the late nineties. Parepalli appeared in Tapassu with actress Krishna Bharathi.

Career

Director Dasari Narayana Rao produced the film Maisamma IPS under Parepalli's direction in 2008, with Mumaith Khan in the lead role. In an interview, Camera man Chota K. Naidu praised Parepalli's talent.

Parepalli's film Dr Ambedkar, produced by Dr. Padmavati, was released in 25 September 1992. It received the National Award in the category of "Best film for National Integration".[1][2][3]
