Berekum Municipal District

The Berekum Municipal District[2] is one of the twelve (12) districts of the Bono region of Ghana. Due to the separation of the Brong Ahafo Region into three separate regions, Berekum Municipal is now located in the Bono Region.[3] Berekum Municipal is now part of the 12 of Municipalities and Districts in the Bono Region. Its capital is Berekum.[4]

History

Berekum Municipal District was created with the splitting of the former Berekum-Jaman District in 1989.

It seems that you basically just expect people to embark on giant construction projects and give resources out of the goodness of their hearts or something. In capitalism you actually have a decent direct reason to do that - your company can make more profit if it makes a new silicon fab or something, so you'll get money yourself, and you can get resources from other companies because you both get benefits for trading that way.
