Beacon Capital Partners
Beacon Capital Partners is an American private real estate investment firm based in Boston, Massachusetts.[1] It was founded in 1998, after Beacon Properties, Inc., Beacon's predecessor, was acquired by EQ Office in a $4 billion transaction.[2][3] It concentrates on office properties in large cities in the United States, such as New York City, San Francisco, Chicago, Denver, and Washington, D.C.. It also operates in London, Paris, and Luxemburg in Europe.[1]
