Commemorative plaque given to the village of Bchaaleh on the occasion of the dating of the village's olive trees in 1999
Folklore claims that two olive trees in Bcheale are between five and seven thousand years old".[3] But after a long study in French Laboratories in 2017, the trees turned out to be a bit older than two thousand years. But that's still good news for the folks living there since people thought that these trees being older than Jesus is a lie and it's just something made up by the hotel owners.
