Balyklykul (Russian: Балыклыкуль) is a rural locality (a village) and the administrative center of Balyklykulsky Selsoviet, Aurgazinsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 417 as of 2010.[2] There are 7 streets.

gollark: From a rough skimming of the Wikipedia page it looks like the protocol effectively just requires VoIP providers to not do evil things.
