Balmoral NW, Alberta

Balmoral NW is an unincorporated community in Alberta, Canada within Red Deer County that is recognized as a designated place by Statistics Canada.[1] It is located on the east side of Range Road 270, 0.8 km (0.50 mi) north of Highway 11.

Demographics

As a designated place in the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Balmoral NW recorded a population of 37 living in 11 of its 11 total private dwellings, a change of 5.7% from its 2011 population of 35. With a land area of 0.17 km2 (0.066 sq mi), it had a population density of 217.6/km2 (563.7/sq mi) in 2016.[2]

As a designated place in the 2011 Census, Balmoral NW had a population of 35 living in 11 of its 11 total dwellings, a 40% change from its 2006 population of 25. With a land area of 0.18 km2 (0.069 sq mi), it had a population density of 194/km2 (504/sq mi) in 2011.[3]
