Baliqchi is a raion (district) of Andijan Region in Uzbekistan. The capital lies at Baliqchi. 150 800 people.

The district includes one city, Baliqchi, and eight governing villages (for 60 villages):
- Baliqch sh.
- Alimbek
- Boʻston
- Guliston
- Oxunboboev
- Siza
- Xoʻjaobod
- Eski Xaqqulobod
- Oʻrmonbek
There are three urban settlements: Baliqchi, Khuzhaobod, and Chinobod.
