Balanbale
Balanbale (Somali: Balanballe), also spelled as Balanbal, is a district in the Galguduud region of Somalia.

Balanbale is situated on the western side of the Galguduud Region on the Somalia-Ethiopia Border.
Demographics
Since the start of the civil war in Somalia, Balanbale's population has roughly doubled. Most households make their living from livestock raised nearby countryside, Balanbale is largely inhabited by the Marehan sub-clan of the Darod.
