Assunta Spina (1948 film)

Assunta Spina is a 1948 Italian drama film directed by Mario Mattoli and starring Anna Magnani.[1] It was adapted from Salvatore Di Giacomo's play and was released in the U.S. as Scarred.

Plot

Assunta, a commoner of Naples, is scarred by her lover Michele for jealousy.
