Asre Jadid

Asre Jadid (in English: New Era) is an Iranian talent television competition. The program was produced by Ehsan Alikhani and launched on IRIB TV3 on 16 February 2019.[2] The second season of the program began on 25 February 2020. Asre Jadid is one of the most popular programs in IRIB.

Participants can participate in the arts, sports and entertainments. Asre Jadid program attracts a variety of talents from all over Iran to somehow showcase their talent to the public. Their acts include singing, comedy, magic and more.[3] Each participant strives to impress the current judges by presenting their talents - the current judges are Amin Hayai, Bashir Hosseini, Arya Aziminejad and Roya Nonahali - those who draw their talents and people's votes to the finals and win prizes to compete with other talents.[4]

In Asre Jadid, the winner award is 5'000'000'000﷼, the runner-up is 2'000'000'000﷼, the third place is 1'000'000'000﷼, the fourth place is 750'000'000﷼ and the fifth place is 500'000'000﷼.

The first season of Asre Jadid program featured four judges. The judges are Amin Hayai, Bashir Hosseini, Arya Aziminejad and Roya Nonahali. Ehsan Alikhani is also host of the program. The second season of the Asre Jadid, as with the first season, will be judged by Amin Hayai, Bashir Hosseini, Arya Aziminejad and Roya Nonahali.
