Biography
On 2 August 1599, Ascanio Parisi was appointed during the papacy of Pope Clement VIII as Coadjutor Bishop of Marsico Nuovo and Titular Bishop of Hebron.[3] [4] On 29 August 1599, he was consecrated bishop by Domenico Pinelli, Cardinal-Priest of San Crisogono, with Leonard Abel, Titular Bishop of Sidon, and Scipione Spina, Bishop of Lecce, serving as co-consecrators.[3] On 24 April 1600, he succeeded to the Bishopric of Marsico Nuovo where he served until his death on 23 April 1614.[3]

gollark: Yes it is. You knowing that, say, an orbital bee strike is inbound, doesn't make you safe from the orbital strike.

gollark: Fine, firing contraapioforms.
gollark: GTech™ also has weather influence systems via advanced software-defined optics systems in Earth orbit, and obviously the orbital lasers/cryoapioform beams, but it's still quite irritating to have to restabilize all the chaotic systems involved.
